I ordered this year's Christmas cards!

We have our Christmas tree trimmed, wreath hung on the front door, stockings hung and Christmas cards ordered! Yup! We are all ready for Christmas!

I usually LOVE Christmas. I couldn't wait for Christmas and by the beginning of November I am already pulling out our Christmas tree from garage. But this year.. not so much. I guess I just have so much on my mind I don't have extra space in my brain for Christmas. Well, but just because I'm preoccupied with two awesome honeybees, it won't stop Christmas from rolling in.

Back to cards.

This year I chose to order from Shutterfly.
I made last two years' cards from Tiny Prints and I am more than happy with their quality and service but it is tad bit on an expensive side. This year, I am struggling to stay in budget and I received a $10 off of $50 order coupon in direct mail from Shutterfly so I just went ahead and used it.

It seems like designs on the site are nice but I really miss the 'rounded corner' feature from Tiny Prints.
We will see about the print quality and paper quality. Another thing I miss from Tiny Prints is the colored envelope option. I like their silver envelopes so much. Shutterfly doesn't have envelope options and it will come with plain white envelopes.

The design I used is called 'Merry in Elegance Christmas Card'. There are different color options too. (Brown, Red, and Black) I would recommend making 5x7 cards to avoid any confusion or hassle on postage if you are planning to mail them out. (Definitely stay out of square cards, I know for sure that they charge more for them.)

You can see the price in the screenshot I attached above. They are on sale right now, 40% off of original price. Also they currently have free shipping for $30 or more order. (Code: SHIP30).
I ordered mine yesterday because they had extra 20% off code as Cyber Monday deal. (Code: EXTRA20)
On top of that, I used $10 off of $50 coupon I received in mail. I ordered 40 cards and it comes out to $50 even before extra codes ($1.25 x 40 = $50) and could use my direct mail coupon.

My total came out to $31.88.
And I will be receiving 6% rebate from Mr Rebates. (If you don't have Ebates or MrRebates account, you should sign up! The rebates really add up especially in holiday season like now.)

I have extra code for $10 off of $50 if anyone wants to use it. Be sure to leave a comment if you used it so I can take off from this page. (DMLE-1P5D-0JNE-4GUJ86)

Also, these are some of the designs I really liked.
Hope you have fun making this year's Christmas card!
