RUUM kids clothing

Despite the fact that clothing is taxed in California, I have done shopping from RUUM.
Reason I had to shop? I had to get a hat for Sweet Boy to protect his face from sun since this boy is out in the backyard from morning to night. (He rides his bicycle with a flashlight taped to the front in dark. geez!)
I looked online and came across RUUM, formerly known as 77kids, which is children's line of the American Eagle Outfitters. They had some hard-to-pass sale and I ended up with this mass of shipment in few days.

Yes... I was shopping for a hat and somehow ended up with 1 cap, 1 sunglasses, 1 flip flop, 3 t-shirts and 2 pants for Sweet Boy and 1 coverup, 1 rash guard, 1 t-shirt, 1 skort and 5 pairs of socks for Happy Girl.
Grand total including shipping was about $45. FORTY FIVE DOLLARS!
I am going to justify this purchase by quickly reminding myself how pricey rash guards are- and she really needed one.

The cap that brought me to this shopping spree.

I love the striped band in the back.
I bought 3-4 size for Sweet Boy who is turning 4 in a month, but it seems like it's little too shallow.
I personally like caps that sit little deeper, sitting right in between the ear and head.

Sweet Boy's 3 T-shirts
The grey t-shirt on the left is the softest t-shirt I have ever felt!
It says [Best T-shirt Ever] in the back of the neck and it really feels amazing. It's not too thin and very soft. The t-shirt I got for Happy Girl has the same name on it and it feels great as well. I wanted to purchase entire line off of their website. However, after a quick wash in the washing machine, it felt indifferent from other t-shirts. I guess I will prefer to buy these if I needed to add few more t-shirts to his wardrobe but no reason to rush.

The print in the front are actually textured, not just printed on.

Happy Girl modeling the new outfit. Those skorts are so cute!

Peek-a-boo! I see you!

Sweet Boy with his inseparable tin box.
He stuffs everything he likes in here- from my sister's grooming kit to my dad's cell phone...

Sweet Boy loves the Scaredy Squirrel books so much that he actually reenact parts of books.
Here, he is going on a trip to find a friend- as Scaredy Squirrel did in his book The Scaredy Squirrel Makes A Friend.

Purchasing experience from RUUM was great. I can't believe how cheap they are when they are on sale- it almost worries me. I loved them when they were 77kids and I actually like their new brand name more. :)
